How do I return an item?

Returns Policy

We will take back almost anything we sell. We just ask for a couple of courtesies. We have eligibility criteria for all returns. And we have a process to follow -- the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. If you would like to return an item, please read and follow this policy and process completely.

We cannot take back electrical, used, installed, or tried parts. Parts must be re-sellable and in their original packaging. You will need an RMA number so that we can expect the part and credit the correct account in a timely manner when it gets here. To obtain an RMA number, you will need to complete our online RMA request form in its entirety via the following link.

After completing this form, our returns department will be notified of your request and will process your request. We will communicate with you after we have received your request.

Returned items cannot be sent back "as is". Please package the items in a separate box in order to maintain the integrity of the factory packaging, shipping prepaid. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do reserve the right to refuse and return back to you any parts that we find to have been installed, are used, or do not meet the criteria of our Returns Policy. There is a 20% re-stocking fee charged against all returned parts and orders canceled prior to shipment. All RMA requests must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase.
